Māngere, AUCKLAND

COMMERCIAL WAREHOUSE & OFFICE REFURBISHMENT

Lane Construction completed a 1500sqm warehouse and office refurbishment in Māngere, managing the project from start to finish. Works included exterior and internal warehouse painting to protect and refresh the building, along with an upgraded mezzanine. The office received a full refresh with new kitchenettes, upgraded bathrooms, modern workspaces and meeting rooms, as well as new flooring, carpet, ceiling lights, and fresh paint. We are proud to have delivered this high-quality project, achieving a great result for the client.

Lane Construction delivered a full office refurbishment to meet the client’s needs, managing the entire project from start to finish. The works included demolition, glazed partitions, a new functional kitchen, updated flooring and ceilings, modern downlights, refreshed bathrooms, and a fresh coat of paint.

INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE CLEAR LITES

The team replaced the clear roof lights on JA Russell's industrial warehouse, significantly increasing the amount of natural light inside the building and improving the overall interior environment.

Epsom, AUCKLAND

RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION

This Wapiti Ave project showcases a full home renovation, featuring a new kitchen with bespoke cabinetry, updated flooring, and double-glazed timber joinery. It also included a seamless home extension, new roofing and guttering, and a modern powder room, with Lane Construction managing the entire process, from electrical and plumbing to plastering and painting.

Mt Wellington, AUCKLAND

COMMERCIAL OFFICE FIT-OUT

Lane Construction completed a full interior demolition and refurbishment at 8 Rakino Way, creating a modern commercial office with new ceiling grids, walls, glass partitions, tiled bathrooms, carpet tiles, a spacious kitchen, and a full repaint. The building’s exterior was reclad to modernise its look and improve performance. This resulted in a functional and professional workspace for both landlord and tenant.

Onehunga, AUCKLAND

FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT

Lane Construction installed a brand new roof with clear lights on the 1,279 m² warehouse, improving natural light and ensuring a watertight finish. The team carried out all structural work to deliver a roof built to last.

Westmere, AUCKLAND

BRAND NEW GATE & FENCE

Lane Construction upgraded the boundary on a property in Westmere, building a 60m timber fence to suit the area’s heritage character. The project included fence removal, site prep, concrete footings, two aluminium gates, and a driveway extension, delivering a beautiful result the clients were very pleased with.

Te rapa, Hamilton

FULL RETAIL FIT-OUT

Lane Construction carried out a full refurbishment of Couplands Bakery, including an internal fit-out, new pylon and exterior signage, recladding, and a complete exterior repaint. The work was carefully staged to keep the store open, giving the space a refreshed look and improved functionality.
